Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is being run by the Independent Business Foundation of 162 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead, North Shore, Auckland ("IBF").
2. To enter a competition you must be:
   
   1. New Zealand resident; and
   2. 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
3. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the IBF.
4. Competition only open to attendees of the 2011 Small Business Summit.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. The winner will be randomly drawn on the day of the 2011 Small Business Summit.
7. If you win the competition, you must be present to claim your prize at the time of the draw. The organisers decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as the IBF and/or Pacific Blue may require.
9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

14. The IBF reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. The IBF may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
15. The IBF will endeavour to send prize vouchers within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
